LTC James Megellas, USA (Ret) was our guest speaker in April 2008. He is the most decorated officer in the history of the 82nd Airborne Division. Author of All the Way to Berlin: A Paratrooper at War in Europe,  he spoke about his WWII experiences and autographed copies of his book.

There was also a special presentation to the Colleyville Public Library.

James Williams from the office of  the Honorable Kenny Marchant, presents a leather-bound copy of Glenn Brown's History of the United States Capitol, to library director, Mary Rodne, for the library's collection.

This grant will provide for 13 computers and two carts for the creation of a computer learning
center at the Colleyville Public Library.
